Don't beat yourself up! "a kit kat, some chips, and popcorn" sound like normal snacks to me. Even if you went over your calorie goal for the day, I bet you weren't over your maintenance calories, so no harm done! You've got this1 -

That sounds like intermittent fasting to me! There is no rule in IF when to eat and when to fast. If you naturally fast at day and eat at night, why not go with that? Just keep the eating part healthy!

I’m traveling for work with nothing to do in the evening than going to the gym (yay!). I’m aiming for 15 hrs of cardio and 5 strength training in the next week. Let’s reach my first goal this week.1 -
My problem is I'm so mentally TIRED of eating at a deficit (I started at 127ish at the beginning of the summer). I can only seem to manage at most 100 calories under maintenance these days. I just am so scared of the hanger, its the WORST. My goal is to improve my mental stamina; maybe getting back into early mornings will help.
Have you tried High/Low where you eat maintenance one day and low the next? It really works.0 -

I would like to join your group! I want to loose a a few pounds until christmas
I start with a weight of 158
My longterm goal is about 132, but I'm not looking at the scale too much. I think 149 for Christmas is a realistic goal.
For now I stopped stepping on the scale, because my natural weight ups and downs always leave me stressed out and depressed. I wand to fokus on healthy eating and tracking my food and workouts here in my food diary.

Still holding steady, which is good, but somehow I've decided I really do want to get down to 121 or 122lbs. I figure that way I can maintain and even have some weight fluctuations without getting above 125lbs (5's are just good benchmarks in my head). With this in mind I'm going to try and kick my exercise back into gear since I've been slacking off a bit with being so busy with school/work/wedding planning and I had a bad cold a few weeks ago. Here's to a new push!

I agree, numbers that end in "0" or "5" seem to be benchmarks in my head too.
130 was my "realistic" goal for this challenge, but I hope to get to where you are in future, with 125 being my "high" weight. I have not been this low in 15 years, and I have not seen 125 since I was in my teens!

Welcome to everyone new to the group! This week the scale was telling me crazy low numbers. I've started a new medication, so perhaps it is affecting how much water I retain. I've also continued on with the strength training, but I'm doubtful that would have much impact on my weight. I'm taking this week's weight with a grain of salt, it might go up next week.

I *think* i may have reached goal weight, but to be honest with you I was 122lbs 10/26-10/29 but this morning when I weighed myself it looked like I was back p to 124lbs again - I wouldn't be surprised, I ate and drank WAY too much over the weekend to celebrate meeting my goal as well as celebrate Halloween. I guess next week will show the truth!
