Exercise: 1 hour on the treadmill again because of the rain but managed to burn 50 more calories by walking faster than yesterday !

I was on call last night, and did get called in to work after having worked all day. Was up until 2AM. It was my day off, today, and I managed to get in a workout.
Exercise: yes, 75 minutes of circuit training and then 82 minutes of power walking, with my neighbour, tonight.
Calories: yes, I'm under.
Tracking: yes, everything.
NSV: we have a big a** bag of Halloween candy left over. Typically, I would have been halfway through it by now. My NSV is that my nutrition is so well rounded, that I haven't been tempted by those little chocolates. However, if I want two or a few--I will have them2 -

After not logging all my meals (definitely overeating) in quite some time and not consistently exercising, I'm really surprised by how easy it has been for me to get right back on track.2 -

I stayed within my calories but after work I ate chips, ice cream, chocolate and drank wine. I need to get that stuff out of my house. I walked my dog for exercise, but only because of UAC. I really just wanted to get in bed. I hope to get back on a healthy track tomorrow.0 -

Today was tough from eating perspective and being exhausted..... speaking at hospitals from 7am to 9pm and hospitals literally have the worst food but I took walks around the hospital (in high heels so counts extra right lol) between sessions....
