BOY HOWDY! This way of eating is REALLY working for me!
I started eating LCHF/Keto Sept. 6, 2017 in an effort to curb my carb cravings & shed some excess lbs. and it seems to be working!0 -

Goal Weight: 122-124 lbs
9/9: 126lbs
9/16: 125 lbs

Still holding steady, which is good, but somehow I've decided I really do want to get down to 121 or 122lbs. I figure that way I can maintain and even have some weight fluctuations without getting above 125lbs (5's are just good benchmarks in my head). With this in mind I'm going to try and kick my exercise back into gear since I've been slacking off a bit with being so busy with school/work/wedding planning and I had a bad cold a few weeks ago. Here's to a new push!
Congrats to everyone progressing so well, especially @MicheleStitches - I'm happy you've found an eating lifestyle that seems to work so damn well for you! I'm very jealous!2 -

I agree, numbers that end in "0" or "5" seem to be benchmarks in my head too.
130 was my "realistic" goal for this challenge, but I hope to get to where you are in future, with 125 being my "high" weight. I have not been this low in 15 years, and I have not seen 125 since I was in my teens!

Welcome to everyone new to the group! This week the scale was telling me crazy low numbers. I've started a new medication, so perhaps it is affecting how much water I retain. I've also continued on with the strength training, but I'm doubtful that would have much impact on my weight. I'm taking this week's weight with a grain of salt, it might go up next week.

I *think* i may have reached goal weight, but to be honest with you I was 122lbs 10/26-10/29 but this morning when I weighed myself it looked like I was back p to 124lbs again - I wouldn't be surprised, I ate and drank WAY too much over the weekend to celebrate meeting my goal as well as celebrate Halloween. I guess next week will show the truth!

I've been super stuck at 183 for the past month. Changed jobs and am much more physical than prior desk job. I exercise 5x a week for at least 60 mins and have discovered slow Yoga which helps immensely with peace and stretching. I've been toying with eating more calories overall (was trying to stick to 1400 and that seems too low for me) and more at breakfast and lunch vs dinner. Seems to be working.....I'm happy!!
Keep up the work ladies! How great it's going to feel going into January fit and healthy and smiling without all the holiday pounds.0 -
