    Nope. Those numbers seem pretty normal to me. Your liver will release some glycogen to balance out if it thinks you are going to low, etc., which is why later numbers can be higher... But realistically, those numbers seem pretty good overall... Especially compared to your original/aka old/ numbers...

    But that also means that there's still room for improvement, but those are still great "in progress" numbers. It's going to be really REALLY hard to argue with the progress!!!

    I have been doing the keto diet since the beginning of February and I started working out at least 3x/week in mid-April. I had my blood glucose checked at my physical in early July. At that time my fasting glucose was 88, which is solidly in the middle of the normal range. I feel pretty good about that given that my entire reason for getting on a ketogenic diet was to prevent myself from getting diabetes - the killer of my family.
