Had a good weekend. Managed to drop .5 lb, even with a planned dinner outing on Saturday.
Went to KetoCalc this morning and revamped my macros: 25C; 75P; 100F; 1300 Calories.
Will work to that for a few weeks and see how it goes!

An epic fail on all fronts. Tomorrow will be better. Flying to Paris and I won’t eat before/while flying since I bloat up like a puffer fish so my first meal will be a late dinner. Will try to get in my steps at the layover in Munich. I have 2 hours do I should be able to manage.3 -

UFOs-Still no sewing but am working on a big UFO, refinishing an old table for the kitchen. Painted the legs Sunday to match my cabinets and put a clear coat over that last night. Hubs painted a primer coat on the top this morning.
Carnivore plan this month has hit a few bumps in the road but nothing significant. I'm fully adjusted to the time change and sleeping better so after this table is done, I will clean up some space in the house to work out at home again.

Hi guys!!
I hope y'all don't mind but, I am jumping in!! Thankful that I stumbled upon this link today. Basics is exactly what I need right now and have been doing it myself this past week. Got down from 190 to 183.2 and have been bouncing at 184. 2-4 the past 2 days. I did stumble with 1/2 a donut one day and a McD cheeseburger and sm fry last nightSo this is why I am SO happy to be here. Alone is hard. With support it gets easier and easier.
