Got my labs back today

Got the results on my latest labs today. My A1C was 5.1. That's up 0.1 from the last 2 labs but within the margin of error. Not bad for a 70 year old T2 not taking diabetes meds. Especially since a month ago I finished a 2 week :"Eat and Drink Your Way through Europe" tour.
Think ordering low carb at McDonald's is hard, try doing in in a restaurant in Paris.

Great work Keith... I'm celebrating my latest HBa1c result too. I scored a 5.8, down from the 7.8 I was running when first diagnosed. Your numbers are inspirational.3

Anytime a diabetic can get below 6, it is a victory. I have grown quite attached to my fingers and toes and my goal is to maintain a long term close relationship with them.Great work Keith...
