Thanksgiving week for some of us, hang in there everyone - how did you do last week?

    Daily Log completed: 7 days
    Exercise completed: eh, worked out a few times. I've been feeling better so more active and got in a nice long hike. Had some of my favorite treats (Starbucks *cough, cough*) sneak in last week so am going to try to button it up this week.

    Didn't do too bad on the exercise front although I know I can do better. However ate like crap the entire week so went up a bit on the scale.
