November 22: 30 minutes - Three "Walk Blasters" I decided to make it a very quick and easy one for several reasons. Light Walk x 2 for a long gentle body warmup, and the Flexibility Walk for a stretch. It did for me just what I needed this morning.

I’m not sure if this is how I join the November Walk Challenge so if it isn’t maybe someone who uses iPhone can help me out. I am a 60 plus overweight woman and although it is late in the month I want to start my commitment to walking. My goal which includes yesterday’s 1.4 mile walk is to walk 10 miles2

November has been awful for getting my miles in. However, I did manage to pull myself together and do 2 Fast Miles this AM.2

Thanks for asking about my legs Ladies. I am now wearing compression socks which are amazing. I have cut way back on my walking to rest my legs. I miss walking miles daily. Today I tried walking meditation which is a deliberate and quiet walk. Very slow and pain free. Not as easy as it sounds since I lack patience and tend to always be in a hurry. I had to slow down many times. It is suppose to be nice tomorrow so if my legs are still feeling good in the morning I may try walking meditation again.
