I started OMAD on 4/3/17 but this is my initial attempt at journaling online. My weigh-in day is Monday. My OMAD is at 6pm. I'm doing an online journal to hold myself accountable and to insure I stick to the OMAD basics, especially through the holidays. Any advice or tips are welcomed!

Today's meal was lemon pepper salmon, rice pilaf, squash w/ onions and cheese, naan bread and an apple.

Had a birthday party yesterday and still waited for my normal OMAD meal time and did not overdo on the eating. Just have to keep the momentum going this week. There's also room for improvement. I can up my exercise (I generally do a walking DVD or bike/treadmill at gym). I can also drink more water and get back to using acv which I seem to have abandoned.1 -

Today's meal: greens, cornbread, mac and cheese, fried chicken, potato salad, cornbread. Maybe peach pie for dessert if I can walk after this

A little up and down but overall down for November so I'm happy. Surprised I went up week 33, thought I'd lose. Then surprised again I lost thanksgiving week, thought I'd gain.

Thanks everyone for the support! Still up and down. Will try to focus better the remainder of the year as I REALLY want to say goodbye to the 350s permanently. I'm skipping lots of holiday festivities and food freebies but my reward will be another holiday weight loss!

Glad my weigh-in was before Christmas dinner! Time to get rid of yesterday's excess and get back on track. My OMAD was really weird this week. First, I was super hungry (hangry even) throughout the day. My weight dropped down to 342.8 on Friday morning. I went to the gym Friday afternoon - just rode the bike for 30 minutes then did steam and sauna. But then my weight started to climb. I was still at a loss for the week, so I'm happy about that. Also happy that I seem to be out of the 350s! Now to make this last week another loss.

My resolution for the past couple of years has been to lose 100 lbs. I started 2016 at 403.9 lbs and ended the year at 402.8 lbs, a whopping 1.1 lb loss. So I was determined 2017 would be different and with the help of OMAD it was. I am now 348 lbs, down 54.8 lbs for the year! Thanks to all on this board, you are such an inspiration!

A slight gain after Christmas, but that's okay, I was over 350 lbs earlier in the week, so just glad my official weigh-in was under again. My OMAD looks like a rollercoaster (I really need to figure that out), but I did have 3 consecutive losses before this gain, so that's another positive. Anyway, I'm looking forward to a great 2018. I still have a long way to go, but I'm going in the right direction. Happy New Year and OMAD success in 2018 to you all!1 -

Trying really hard to get back on track. Holidays and birthdays got in the way and I could feel old habits creeping back in; but I've been OMADing faithfully since Wednesday. January has been my worst month by a long shot, but I'm not giving in to old habits or giving up the fight!
