This weeks exercise challenge: THE STREAK -- be active (whatever that means to you, but challenging) as many days as possible this week. Gold stars will be awarded to anyone to log 7 days of activity!
Week 1 -- 162.5lbs (+1 from last week thanks to the turkey and pies!)
