Yesterday, a new team member indicated that they were "out' of the UAC because they had used up all Pass Days. Let me set the UAC table for all new team members. In truth, although the UAC is set up as a monthly challenge, it's really about resetting your habits. Habits don't reset in a day; a week; or even a month. If you are looking for a supportive challenge and/or an ongoing and reinforcing accountability group...the UAC should be your home base.
I am a volunteer co-leader of this group because I appreciate having each UAC team member to help me stick with my better habits.
Everyone who is trying to achieve the healthy habits of tracking their daily intake; choosing a daily exercise activity; staying below their own chosen calorie limit; and finally, sharing a daily report...is a welcome passenger on this train.

Daughter is now on school holidays for summer. Unlike US, it's only 7 weeks (not 12+).

I'm sorry but I have to drop out of UAC for Dec as there are so many things competing for my time as I care for my husband too who is not well at the moment. I hope to rejoin you in Jan because it was very helpful in Nov keeping me focussed. Apologies and thank you all4 -

Excercise: yes. Weights and Pilates. I’m trying to motivate myself to get on the rowing machine as well but I’m not positive that will happen.

@polewalker2018 I don't think you need to pass simply because you didn't sign in for the UAC challenge yesterday. As long as you exercised, were good on calories and logged everything, you're still on track without having to use a pass day. I may be wrong, but I think you simply need to let it be known that you were yes x 3.2 -

Dec 6 - pass #2
I was supposed to swim. The pool was full of kids. I knew that was a possibility, because it was family swim hours, but I was hoping it wouldn't be a problem. Tomorrow I'll make sure to have a plan B.
Reality check - probably not going to get through the month without going over the 3 passes. BUT I'm planning to stick around. Injuries suck. Every time I have an injury I gain weight. So I've really got to keep the calories in check.2 -

Kept getting pulled into meetings at work so I didn't get a chance to walk in the sun. Then something was going on with traffic in my neighborhood so I got home about an hour later than expected. Still did a pilates DVD, and finally started eating dinner at 8pm. This makes for a long day, but I'm glad I managed to do the pilates through the exhaustion. It's nice to do something that is just for me.3 -

Did yard work for 3 hours and spent over 2 hours organizing and sorting garage, Ended up with over 15,000 steps and so proud of my accomplishments today. Wish I could be that productive everyday. I also did several loads of laundry.
