    I'm sorry but I have to drop out of UAC for Dec as there are so many things competing for my time as I care for my husband too who is not well at the moment. I hope to rejoin you in Jan because it was very helpful in Nov keeping me focussed. Apologies and thank you all

    Excercise: yes. Weights and Pilates. I’m trying to motivate myself to get on the rowing machine as well but I’m not positive that will happen.

    Calories: just under. A bit better on macros today.

    @polewalker2018 I don't think you need to pass simply because you didn't sign in for the UAC challenge yesterday. As long as you exercised, were good on calories and logged everything, you're still on track without having to use a pass day. I may be wrong, but I think you simply need to let it be known that you were yes x 3.

    I was supposed to swim. The pool was full of kids. I knew that was a possibility, because it was family swim hours, but I was hoping it wouldn't be a problem. Tomorrow I'll make sure to have a plan B.
    Reality check - probably not going to get through the month without going over the 3 passes. BUT I'm planning to stick around. Injuries suck. Every time I have an injury I gain weight. So I've really got to keep the calories in check.

    We drove 7hrs today and I ended up stress eating chocolate. We drive 12hrs back home tomorrow--hopefully we'll find 20min to exercise and stay within our calories!!
