It looks like I need to change gears again as I somehow managed to gain a bunch of weight back! It was soooo amazing to be at 122lbs for 4 days, I only wish it could have lasted! I am back to eating at a deficit to try and get back down to 122-124lbs. Wish me luck!0 -

Still doing Keto. Still amazed I am losing a pound a week. I know some people swear it is just calories in, calories out, but I can tell you, that is not true for this gal! My body has never been willing to drop a pound a week, even on very similar calorie intake. Low-carb, high-fat has really been the key for me.0 -

@MicheleStitches, I had the same thought on Monday! What is your plan since you've completely blown through your goal? (Congratulations!) Are you transitioning into maintenance, or still trying to lose more?
I've essentially met my goal! I think I'm going to continue to eat at a deficit for the next week, because I've got two weeks of travel after that.0 -
