I’ve been watching CI/CO over macros and I’m thinking of being more macro-focused. Has anyone had good results from really watching macros?

It depends on what your goals are. I do crossfit/weightlifting where you have to be a certain weight/weight class and I found macros to be very easy to manage and count once you get the hang of it. I was able to cut down to the lowest weight of my adult life along with being the strongest I've ever been.
My gym has a nutrition program so I had my macros calculated for me but I'm sure you could find something online to help. You usually want to eat close to a gram per body weight of protein in a day and a few more carbs on heavy workout days.1
