    Gained a little the last week, not surprising, I've been home to the UK so ate out a lot, logging wasn't particularly accurate, air travel and not sleeping great. Back into a routine this week.

    Hi, I'm Phil. SW: 225.6, GW: 187. I finally got off that plateau and lost 2 pounds! I'm now at 195 lbs, having lost 30.6 pounds since 8/18/2017.

    Gain of 3lbs this week. Looks like goal is upon me. 4 weeks until I move back into deficit. A 7lb gain is pretty cool for 12 weeks of big calories. I am pleased. That is if I do go up to around 174lbs, have added 3lbs on to the top end of bulk goal.

    Back to it!!! Took a month off from thinking about weight and food.Gained some but not beating myself up. I love January - the beginning of a year -time to reflect and plan. Love it!!! Off to aZumba class. Let’s go!!!

    Hello! I just joined today. Had a good first week. Weighing on Friday's. I logged on MFP from Jan 2017 to approx. July 2017, however I started all of my stats over.

    SW 280.8
    GW: 175
    LW: 280.8
    CW: 277.8 (-3)
    Overall since 1/1/18: -3 pounds.
    Looking to lose 50 pounds this year.
