Oh no!! That’s awful. That’s one of the things about whole 30- Because it’s a detox first and weight loss second you have to be very exact and sugar and other non compliant are prevalent0

I think the Lite coconut milk had extra additives to improve the flavor lost with removing some fat. You're better off with the full fat version anyway. Tastes better and the healthy fat keeps you fuller.0
