@Chris - I had some dead time at work so I got on the stationary trainer. I was about to say I might do it again tonight but I just heard the door.
@Janet - Congrats on the 5K. I've run in below freezing. Throw away sweaters was an excellent plan.
@Clepant - I feel better knowing you plow through work shoes faster than running shoes. I started wearing running shoes at work because they made my feet feel better. My staff thinks I'm like Amelda Marcos. About once a quarter I show up with a new pair of shoes.1 -

Disney 10k done. Another fun race. That's it for the easy races. Tomorrow we have to work a little harder. Still pretty cold here for standing around in running gear but at least it was 1 or 2 degrees above freezing this morning so no ice.2

@ALYSSA_A21 - Welcome back! Not too much has changed around here....maybe most of the faces, but you might recognize a couple of familiar ones. Going forward it's okay to post what you did each day, but also please include the running total for the month as well. Thanks!
@2ESSIE - It's never too late! Go ahead and go on your trip and don't worry about it. If you don't remember to post before I lock the thread, you can just PM me or Janet and one of us will most certainly take care of you and get you recorded and caught up!

Got in 1.5 walking the fur babies & 8.5 on the ex bike!
This first week of leading 3 nights a week has me (& participants) a little sore! Monday's are cardio with full body weight workout, Wednesdays are cardio & Upper Body weight workout and on Thursday we do cardio and Lower Body! I hear lots of moaning & groaning & I always think of a past comment about instructors being full of evil! It's amazing how people push themselves when they are in a group!!! LOVE IT!!!!

Disney update: Half marathon done. It was a little harder than the 5k and 10k, but still a nice run. Tomorrow is the big test with the marathon. Based on how I'm feeling, I think it is going to involve some walking.
@clepant - I looked for Joe at the Galloway booth but didn't find him. I may have been confused about where or when he was volunteering LOL. After all I'm feeling a little Dopey right now.
I hope you all are getting a little warmer weather. At least Florida is supposed to warm up tomorrow. Have a nice weekend.1 -
