Bob I have to agree if you were on the payroll then you suddenly wouldn't get to pick n choose and do your thing. Suddenly there would be a list for you. Stick with being a super hero.
Today is our Xmas party but I am still ice cold and actually have the shakes. My husband actually noticed. I am just taking it easy today I may even take a pass day we will see how the day goes.4 -
Exercise yes - on top of my regular workout I also did some cleaning (house chores) thanks to which I could enjoy more food.. That always make me happy

Exercise: Yes - more gardening - moved a small mountain of soil for a few hours. Now my everything hurts.

Tracked it all - yesssss ... logged the moving soil as a mix of gardening and "shovelling snow" ... while I am mid summer... seems legit.
Jan 6th.
Exercise - Yes 5km performance test run, + another 3km walk/run after.
Calorie budget - yes ... even managed to sneak in a glass of red wine

Exercise: Yes. 30 minute brisk walk dragging a suitcase to the airport shuttle stop in Montpellier. Then almost an hour's walk in the London countryside (!), very picturesque woodland, fields and dinky little river, with Heathrow planes flying overhead ... It was cold, but not too bad ...

Long 10 hour travel day. Daughter is now in the subleased condo and ready for new engineering co-op. If it wasn't for this challenge I wouldn't have exercised but I did a calisthenics series in the morning and some indoor cycling tonight.
