Played three badminton games this evening. About 40 min, 215 calories0

I love seeing how dedicated everyone’s being! A stomach knocked me (and my family) out the last couple of days. I’m finally getting my energy back so I’ll be back at it tomorrow!2

Logging for yesterday, I had serious problems with my phone and I worked late so not the exercise I had hoped but I still got in a 30 minute walk.

I have not exercised in 3 days. We have a baby who is waking erratically up to 8 times a night. I'm exhausted. I did go to two mom's groups (Wed and Thur) and visited with friends yesterday (Fri) so I'm counting this as a win because it was very good for my emotional health.3

@PNWBethany Without the emotional health, the physical health is much harder. It’s hard when you’re exhausted, but you’ve got this! I hope the baby’s sleep gets better soon!

Walked about 4 miles with my husband and baby today. Logged 14,540 steps so far which is unheard of for me! Thank goodness for clear, sunny weather.4

Had a gentle day today after 5 straight days in the gym (have to let my injured hip rest a little) so went for a 40 min walk in the (muddy) countryside and did some skipping in the garden for just over 15 min.3
