90 Second Keto Bread

I have 3 recipes for 90 second keto bread. 2 call for coconut flour, 1calls for almond flour. I've only tried the coconut flour recipe. What is your favorite 90 second bread recipe? I found that it's a good vessel for a burger.

    I use almond flour and it tastes great. I put some herbs and slices in mine also. I enjoy it for a burger.

    I have also added 1tsp of cinnamon and Stevia topped with cream cheese sweetened with stevia and vanilla extract when I want a cinnamon roll.

    This is the recipe I always use now: 1 tbs almond flour, 2 tbs ground flaxseed, 1 tsp psyllium powder, half teaspoon baking powder, 1 egg. I sometimes add nutritional yeast and/or seeds. I make it in the dish I’m going to cook it in. I’ve got a little square dish about the same size as a slice of bread for a sandwich, and a round bowl for a bun.

    how do you cook it? (oven, microwave, how long?)
