Yes. -46 by MFP. Glad to be under, but got to stop cutting it so close, especially on liquid calories.

exercise - YES! Coming back from being really sick, so a nice gentle walk with the family poodle. The poodle covered about 3 more miles than I did by running in circles around us ... but she can log her own info.

I am finding this challenge so helpful! Without it, I know I would have gone over my calories for the day, probably not tracked, and maybe not exercised. Not a good way to end a week or start a new one! Thank you all so much for being on this journey with me.4
