    Yes x 3 with 80 minutes of YouTube exercise videos. Gilad took me to Hawaii with his video (yeah! :) ), and Jane Fonda and Leslie Sansone allowed me to exercise in the comfort of my own home.

    Yes. -46 by MFP. Glad to be under, but got to stop cutting it so close, especially on liquid calories.

    Excersie: yes. I was going to go for a swim, but the pool was closed :( So I ran & used the elliptical a little more instead.
    Calories: Yes, even though I did pig out a bit on sugar..

    Hey, y’all! I just joined today, but I just got back from vacation last night, so it’s the first day I’ve tracked all day long, too.

    I am pondering on getting a rower. I really like using it at the gym ... When I go. Anyone with personal experience? Brands?

    @w8goal4life ... I like Leslie Sansone too. I use those when it's too hot to walk outside.

    I am finding this challenge so helpful! Without it, I know I would have gone over my calories for the day, probably not tracked, and maybe not exercised. Not a good way to end a week or start a new one! Thank you all so much for being on this journey with me.
