I'm so proud of myself with creating new habits, even though my loss isn't the biggest. I've been logging what I'm eating and exercising regularly. I'm positive that I'm going in the right direction with these habits and the weight loss will continue as long as I stay consistent with these habits.8 -

Hey folks just as a note - the Woo reaction is not a "woohoo" - it refers to woo as in woo-science or to simplify Untrue Information. I know there is a lot of confusion on this on the boards. For clarity
"What does the woo reaction mean? Woo is a term for pseudoscientific explanations that share certain common characteristics, often being too good to be true (aside from being unscientific). Woo is understood specifically as dressing itself in the trappings of science (but not the substance) while involving unscientific concepts, such as anecdotal evidence and sciencey-sounding words."

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here or even weighed myself! I was out of state to visit my boyfriend and had an amazing time. I arrived back home Sunday night and decided not to weigh myself until today. I was working hard all week with keeping my eating on track and got some exercise in as well. Happy with these results! Although I’m sure a lot is water weight
