coconut cream nutritional info

So my new best friend is coconut cream (made by taking full-fat coconut milk, putting in the fridge to separate, and then scooping out the luscious goodness that is the cream). However, I can't find any nutritional info that takes into account the removal of the water when measuring my serving. Any help? thx.

Aroy-D is a shelf stable brand of coconut cream that I get off Amazon sometimes... It comes in a 33 oz carton. It's VERY lwo carb friendly...1
