    Hey folks just as a note - the Woo reaction is not a "woohoo" - it refers to woo as in woo-science or to simplify Untrue Information. I know there is a lot of confusion on this on the boards. For clarity

    "What does the woo reaction mean? Woo is a term for pseudoscientific explanations that share certain common characteristics, often being too good to be true (aside from being unscientific). Woo is understood specifically as dressing itself in the trappings of science (but not the substance) while involving unscientific concepts, such as anecdotal evidence and sciencey-sounding words."

    It’s been a while since I’ve posted here or even weighed myself! I was out of state to visit my boyfriend and had an amazing time. I arrived back home Sunday night and decided not to weigh myself until today. I was working hard all week with keeping my eating on track and got some exercise in as well. Happy with these results! Although I’m sure a lot is water weight

    Had a pretty good week here.

    -1.6 lbs, in line with my -1.5 lb/wk plan
    *MFP remembers me from 2011, when I had reached my highest weight ever during a depressed emotional state, but that's ancient history to me. I started my current effort 8/18/2017.

    (When I started in August, 2017 I weighed 241 so I have lost 20lbs total)
