    3 yesses. Did a 20 minute descending ladder HIIT workout and it left me huffing and puffing like crazy! Also spent an hour walking the mall this evening. Didn’t snack much today so a good calorie day.

    Today I laid on the couch with Poppy and we dozed on and off all day. I guess my body is tired and needed to recoup.

    An evening walk at Rodeo Park. We ended up doing 5 miles so it was good to get out and moving

    Jan 11 - 2nd pass. I am getting either the flu or a cold. As I'm in the state with the most flu cases in the USA, I have my suspicions which one it is. Either way, I was MISERABLE yesterday. . .

    I worked on my flexibility - it's important to stretch those muscles we use but give little thought to. I'm also excited cause I got my 3rd day in a row of 10,000+ steps.
