Does anyone have any ideas either store bought or something they make themselves for sauces that are low carb or keto to add to meats and or vegetables?

Love a “gravy” recipe from diet doc. Basically, fry hamburger patties in butter n olive oil. When cooked add a tablespoon or two of potato paste and some whole cream. Stir. Yummy with cooked cabbage. https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/keto-hamburger-patties-tomato-sauce-cabbage.2

Heavy cream, butter, parmesan and garlic powder make an easy Alfredo.
Butter and garlic salt or powder.
Or look up keto cheese sauce, yum2 -

wasabi - it's a root vegetable, but a little goes a long way, so not much in total carbs consumed, I mix it with mayo if I want more sauce (such as dipping boiled eggs)
I also use A-1 sometimes when baking meats, it has a strong flavor and not much is needed to bake in some flavor1 -

Don't forget the nutmeg in any alfredo type sauces... It adds a whole other layer!1 -
Sriracha mayo is a good one... Literally stir 1 TBSP of sriracha into 4-5 TBSP of mayo, if I remember. Comes out to 1 carb per TBSP...
Compound herb butters add dimension!2
