            Just poppin' in to post that I did the Leslie Sansone Burn 30 Workout. Did the high impact parts & made it a little bit tougher with more arm moves, etc. I am not adding in the weights until I've built up more.

            I did the Leslie Sansone Burn 30 Workout. Did the high impact parts & made it a little bit tougher with more arm moves, etc. Decided to add the arm weights, this time. I only used 1 lb weights. She states not to do more than 2 lbs. I don't own any 2 lb weights. I only have 1, 3 and 5 lbs.
