At mid-month, I encourage you to focus on something other than your scale. The scale is often a demoralizing liar. Don't be too focused on your scale. What else is going right due to your healthy habits?
Don't be shy...share, please!

Yes x 3 inc walking in the village.
NSV having to put a tuck in my pyjamas to avoid flashing the house across the track when taking dogs for an early morning wee!7 -
I can claim everything mentioned on the list above. The ones I feel best about are the more endurance and have more energy. I used to wonder "where did my energy go?" or "why do I tire so quickly?" I can do so much more now than before, that I really wish I could have tackled my poor health sooner. But better now than never.10

I will be so glad to be going home again tomorrow night. I'm so fed up with trying to find healthy options in restaurants and cafeterias and not having the time or the opportunity to go for proper walks. Working long days, it's dark when I leave and dark when I get back to the hotel, raining to boot.
Exercise: Yes, but minimal, 20 minutes walk
Calories: Yes

here is me not saying much about yesterday.
But today I got some exercise.
I got a new neighborhood circuit.
It is easy on my knees.
It has a little bit of climb to it but in terms of, you know, climb, kind of miniscule.
It is like a 3 mile circle and I do it 3 times.
40 minutes or so, so it qualifies. It ain't even 400 feet of climb though.
But, did I mention my knees like it?

Back from Des Moines had a great time there and managed to get some decent weather despite the time of year I'll certainly have to go back but I did go over my calories abit but I'm not worried just gotta readjust myself and stay positive!
On a odd note I found out today I have 3 half siblings through a facebook msg today so that's a strange bit of information to take in, Not sure how to really go about it but they look like a happy family so that's nice.
Hoping to get my grind back on starting today tho it's way too cold and icey to hike here in KY atm9 -

Late walk before dusk after busy work day, then 2hr round trip drive to pick up daughter who was camping with my sister and nephew.
Hopefully Wednesday will be a lighter work day. Looking forward to being on vacation for a week from Friday.
@RangerRickL. My biggest NSV is being able to keep up with work demands and current schedule without being constantly tired. The level of effort I can sustain now, to me, was inconceivable a year ago.
I love reading about others NSV's. This to me is what UAC is really about.

Since losing most of my weight, I constantly notice how much easier it is to move in general. Whether it be climbing stairs or simply standing up from a sitting position, everyday activity takes much less energy when you’re fit and healthy. It’s hard to realize how limited you were until you no longer are.
My major NSV is that I completed my first semester of PA school and managed to continue working out regularly and eating healthy! It wasn’t easy, and I gave up sleep to get to the gym early quite a few times, but I’m not letting life get in the way of my health
Exercise? Yes; 48 minutes of strength training and 3.2 miles on the elliptical

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Yes. Track for 1/2 hour plus snow shoveling and dog walking
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Yes. Closer than usual but still a comfortable gap
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
Yes
Keeping my running going thru the winter is becoming my biggest NSV. I’m averaging getting to the indoor track about half of the days over the last 2 months and I’m signed up for a half marathon in early February. Paying more attention to my nutrition seems to be working out
