NSV - not sure if this counts, but I am just SO MUCH HAPPIER than before when I was over eating and not exercising. I have been making time every day to exercise - which with a new baby is hard to do! But it is so worth it! I feel so good. I’m so used to going to bed feeling guilty about what I ate that day or about being lazy sitting in front of the tv all day, but now I go to bed proud of myself and feeling happy and goodlife is too short to feel bad! I want to keep this up so I can keep feeling GOOD!

NSV a big one for me is I am having surgery in the morning and I forgot to try and take off my wedding ring this morning. I just tried to take it off and it came off without too much persuasion. I had to have it taped before. Seems weird not having it on though

NSV: My osteoarthritis no longer hurts when I walk. I have stamina to where I walk 3 miles every morning with my dogs and then I often go for a 3-5 mile walk in the afternoon or evening. Because I feel better, I make better choices and this makes me happy!3 -

Yes x3. Kickboxing and abs. My NSV is being an example to my kids. My 4 year old joined me for for kickboxing today and my kids often ask to do kids exercise videos. And then they compare their muscles haha. They are learning to make good food choices and to stay active to be strong and healthy.6

Another pass day. I had a feeling I was going to need it, but it was my 3rd and final pass day I could use this month. I hope I can make it through the next two weeks without another, but if not, there is always next month.2
