So yes x 3 for yesterday. Hubby wanted subs yesterday I got him what he wanted and I had crackers.
My ulcer is working overtime. Tomorrow I take my daughter in to see if she has one. She thought she could get her boyfriend to drop her off before he went to college and she would Uber home. I don't think so. No semi sedated child of mine is going to be unattended. I took a vacation day and will be her driver. I swear they don't watch the news of the horrible things that could happen. Granted my husband is not happy I will be at a hospital as I can't have the flu shot. I told him I work with the public every day and I work with money which is filthy. I should be fine.6 -
Exercise: Yes. (Nothing specific but my day was way more active than usual. Try taking care of 7 nieces and nephews at the same time aged form 1 to 10 with only your boyfriend to help. : Lots of running around, playing catch etc.)

Exercise yes 19 mins day 6 beginners 30 day challenge with fightmaster on YouTube,loving it! Worth checking out if you don't already do yoga! 45 min Leslie Sansone 3 mile walk, unusual for me on a Sunday but just knew I wouldn't get out today so did this first thing

Yes x 3. Walking this morning, weightlifting (aka carrying sacks of dog food from the market to the car!), 35 mins Pilates this evening. Did a different Pilates workout today (Pilates by Gemma) and it was hard work!6

Well, I got on tonight to confess what I’ve been up to. I’ve had three days of not tracking and not really exercising. Been spending time with family and friends for part of my excuse. Hope to be back on track this week.5

Almost was a pass day...I have a stomach bug..ick! Tracking and calories was a yes today, but almost didn't do the exercise. Decided to do light 20 min of just moving and I actually feel better for doing it!

Yesterday was another great day. Being on skis in the sunshine does a great thing for your soul! Today was walking, stretching, and upper body work out. Tracked and under calories both days.6

Exercise: yes, I’m very pleased that I’ve been doing 90 minute workouts at the hotel gym. It really is a blessing!

Calories: quite a bit under.....not too hungry(that is very unusual for me)

Usual dog walk and then I went Bird Watching, which isn’t really exercise but I did walk 2 miles and see 12 different species of bird. I think I’m a Birder…2 -
