These last couple of days have been rough. Today I binged on chocolate and breadsticks and cookies from Trader Joe's and the day before it was chips and pb2 and the day before that ice cream.
I have to get it together. I was doing so good before the last couple of days. I just have been feeling so overwhelmed as of late because I have been trying to lose weight for so long. It just is getting to me.1 -

Totally been MIA since it's very rare for me to be able to get on MFP at work anymore. Without that focus I've been totally off-track which is depressing because until the past week, eating well was the only goal of mine I was succeeding at. Haven't had a chance to catch up on all the posts but I hope everyone is having a good week! Going to try to get on here more often because it was really helping...2 -

Checking back in, since avoiding binge eating is still often a struggle for me. Happy to say this month is going well, if not perfect:

And on a related note, I've hit my daily calorie in/out goal for 21 days this month as well, which is showing up on the scale.1 -
Hi all. I just stumbled onto this challenge and I really like the idea of treating the binge like a person.
