The flu is hitting our town hard. I am taking precautions but I am amazed how many people just feel it's wimpy to stay home.2

Today was a yes to all three! However, I'm going to have to take a 'pass' on the last several days. I hope to do better in February!!!3

Congrats to all those who made it to the end, winners circle or not! On to February!
Yes x3 today. I can feel some soreness in my knees. A lot of cardio circuits lately with jumping squats and jumping lunges and just a lot of lower body focus. Definitely need to take it easy tomorrow, I don’t need to start the month off with an injury!4 -

Oh my goodness me, after many months, I’ve finally made the Winners Circle, thanks everyone!
Today I walked the dogs for 3m, walked at Lake Mead for 5m and then an evening walk at The Wetlands for 5m. My friends are like busses, they want to walk all in the same day or not at all…I’ll take it though!

Exercise: I did a 90 minute hike plus 400 foot mountain clamber ( not a true climb, but mighty steep) to the summit of Lookout Mountain in Phoenix

I didn't exercise, but I did track, and I went over my calories. but it's February!!! my favorite month cause it's so short0

Wonderful job to everyone in the winner's circle. Now I have first hand experience in how hard it is to make it. I will try again in February. I made a huge jump from 3-4 times per week exercising to every day....and I found out that I need some rest days...we don't have a dispensation if we are 60? LOL. JK
Anyway, Tracking and food were good yesterday, but still on rest. Will do some QiGong this evening and get back into business again on Friday into my regular schedule!0 -
Well done, all of you! I fell off the wagon and the radar some ten days before the end, having done really well for three weeks. A let-down by'a friend set it off, then gastro 'flu, travelling, staying in hotels, eating in restaurants, my granddaughter's birthday - I've got all the excuses! Will try again in Feb! Short month, but have to travel and see my very elderly parents. Quite a lot of stress involved ...0
