    Down -1.4 almost get back to where I was in December.

    Turned in my Dr’s note with my GW today. It is now officially in the WW data base.

    My 70 BD is Saturday 2/3/48. Celebrations include BBQ restaurant Friday and movie with popcorn Saturday.
    Planning ahead to manage it.

    Great job Jim! And happy birthday early!

    I didn't weigh in today. I'm just not feeling great so thought I'd keep my germs to myself, just in case it's the dreaded flu. On my scale it I was up some. I'm thinking too much estimating of hi point foods. We'll see what happens next week.

    Learned s new word! I thought you meant “inspirational” so I looked up definition of word;

    “associated with or suggestive of a high level of success and social status and therefore appealing to people who aspire to such status.”

    Thanks @minimyzeme ! Happy to say the flu didn't win this time! Just two days of feeling 'iffy'. This flu season, I call that a win!
