    @LoraineGB has inspired me with her impressive multiple mile walks. Today, I walked 6 miles with an overall elevation gain of 1500 feet. It was a wonderful desert trail! I have not walked that far since I was a Boy Scout in 1963.
    Calories: under by nice margin
    Tracking: good

    It’s so easy to get the mileage up in the desert. The climate and landscape both lend to great hikes :)

    Only a dog walk today so I feel like I haven’t done much. However, we are going to walk the same walk we did on Monday tomorrow. I can’t wait. I’m really getting to like the long walks and the heat is ramping up so I need to get them in now!

    Got too busy and too distracted last month hoping that wont happen again, Gonna give it my all this month in dieting and work on my pushups and a few other things.

    Just got a tattoo as a remembrance piece of my grandma it's pretty big and I was told not to workout for a week but if it's mild and I don't sweat I should be good!
