Exercised?: Yes. Helps set up and pack up drone race track. 12,000+ steps for the day.
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
FPV drone race competition. Came 7th in a field of 15. Far better than I was expecting. Was the slowest, but most consistent one there. Finished all heats (which was better than more than half the field). No points for not finishing a race. ("To finish first, you must first finish." -- Rick Mears - four times Indianapolis 500 winner)
Set up and pack up involves a lot of walking (as well as helping with officiating).

Yes x3 - only just made it on the exercise. Been feeling ill all weekend so did a few chores and some stretches and foam rolling.
Not impressed with my lack of health so far this year. Seems like my body got a different plan than my mind for 2018.5 -
Hi everyone, I have been super sick the last few days. No logging, no exercise, just trying to survive and take care of my family too. I will hopefully be better soon, but I’m just going to take the rest of the month off here, and plan to join you all again in March.7

Well I am glad it's snow and not rain I am still working on the sump pump. First pump I bought was a dud. Really after getting it in and all it doesn't work someone hates me. Second one as they were out of model A was too big wouldn't fit in the hole. I t' s a really good thing everyone knows me as I got my money back and went across town to buy another. This one should work we shall see tomorrow I have had enough for today. Plus I keep mucking up clothes as I am leaning my whole body into the hole. I am tempted to say enough and call a plumber. But my gut says by the looks of this hole and the fact there is a cylinder inside it . I don't think it's up to today's standards. Frankly had I opened this hole 20 odd years ago I would have said no to this house it was so built by a guy who thought he knew what he was doing. No 2 doors the same size I wish you had to attach your picture with a deed to a home. I would love to know this guy.4

PS Rick I think I had those boots when I was little. My brother had the black with the buckle at the top and mine were red. Lol when you live in a farming community the general store didn't update their boot stock. Those were some sturdy rubber boots3

This morning, I took all my waffle making paraphernalia to my daughter’s house. Here we are in the kitchen. If you just eat one waffle and are careful about what you put on it, you can still meet the UAC rules.

I am pass Day #4 and out of the winners circle for this month.
I am currently dog/house sitting for two dogs and a grumpy cat and I am using the time to veg out. I don’t really need a reason to veg, I just wanted to. I did go home with the thought of walking my own dogs but the road to hell is paved with many an intention! .

Went climbing today for 1100 or so calories.
Got some PR's according to Strava. But that is kind of funny because when you are first out in new territory everything you do is going to be a new personal record.
I didn't get a PR on the first hill repeat though.
I seen something in the top of a cedar tree as I was riding up. What is that? I kept closing in on it.
Dang! It is a Golden Eagle and it doesn't seem to be too perturbed by my presence.
I am going to take a picture! The sun is right behind it so I move up the hill a tad.
I get out my smartphone and what the heck? It is on a boot screen! My smartphone is rebooting.
Ok well, that bird ain't perturbed maybe it will wait for my phone to boot up.
So phone gets all booted up. I get the camera screen, pull it up to my face, try and get a zoom to that cedar tree, the dang bird has flown!
Well that counts as adventurous.
First descent my hat blew off. Had to stop. No PR for that descent.
But the second hill repeat was a nonstop climb, turn around and descent.
Descent. The fun part. 2.47 miles in 7 minutes. That ain't fast like a motorcycle but it is fun on a bike.
Heh, some fancy bike guys passed me and my mountain bike on the second repeat.
Heh, those guys get off their bikes and carry them for cattle guards. But I guess I ain't got room to laugh. They are faster than me. I think this afternoon I am going to rig up my skinny tire bike and see if I can get me some all new PR's on the next ride.
I put a picture what the sky look like. Kind of a crabby morning but it ended pretty.

Exercise OK and had a good time wandering around a local market. Over on calories again today, but determined to get back on track tomorrow and have a good solid few weeks until we go out for Easter Sunday lunch at a local restaurant.3

I have celiac disease, so no gluten for me, so waffles are a no go...unless I were to use a specialty mix of flours...but one waffle also means two or three to me...so it is nice to be able to indulge "Virtually." Nice pic of your family Rick!
Exercise, yes. Finally getting some endurance back in the pool. Swam 600 meters, but was very tired. I had a planned work out of 1,000 meters. Getting in t he pool with my coach today at the venue of the race on Saturday...wanting to swim there to get a feel for it.
