I’ve been giving this a lot of thought and would love to challenge other teachers to join me. With our crazy, busy schedules, I know it’s hard to stay focus on weight loss. I want you all to have a place you can keep track of your weight loss goals.
Rules:
1. The time is unlimited and there is no consequence if you miss a weigh in. Also, you may join at anytime, no matter what.
2. Select a weigh in day (ex: mine is Sunday) and post your weigh in each week on your day.
3. Each week you will have 2-4 challenges to choose from. Try to complete the minimum (which I will post) each week.
4. Please be courteous and supportive to one another.
5. Have fun!!

I’ll try to get a spreadsheet built so we can all visualize how we’re doing.
