Points for me 13th - 3 points (got EXACTLY 64 oz water ); 14th - 3 points; 15th - 3 points; 16th - 2 points (5 oz short on water!); 17th-2 points (water and exercise but no tracking - we had company in town and it wasn't pretty. lol); 18th - 2 points (Missed my water!) Holy cats this cold hit me hard! I haven't been doing too well but I also haven't had much of an appetite...not sure how that will come out with weigh in this week! Here is my updates
