Daily Strength challenge
Challenge for March 03 is sit-ups or crunches (abs day - be sure to use a mat or towel for cushioning - )
2 sets- First set till the point where you can do no more, wait 2 mins
- Second set of 50% of the number you did in the first set (half)
The reason for only 2 sets for this exercise is that it ideally should be balanced with back strengthening exercises (which plank variants provide).

Actually not worried about a 1lb gain - it's been a challenging week! Heavy snow has messed up everything here in the UK (our infrastructure is never prepared for much more than a light rain shower) so couldn't get into work and the gym and I don't have the gear to go for a run in -2C! Went to yoga on Friday but that was called off due to a fire alarm. Happy Saturday all!2 -

Just updated my Fitbit, and I'm wearing it starting this morning. Just read all the rules, so I'll begin that, today. I tracked good yesterday but forgot dinner, got busy. Looking forward to tomorrow's log in.2 -
