You may need to increase sodium to at least 3000-5000 mg a day (2300 mg = 1 tsp. table salt). When you cut carbs and insulin you will lose water and electrolytes. Increasing sodium is to replace the which you have lost. If you get fatigued, headaches, brain fog, nausea or muscle aches then you know your sodium intake is much too low.

Try looking at the diet doctor site, it's mainly free and has great recipes. Also there is a lot of info both here in the Keto and in the Low Carber Daily Forum...LDC Group stickies and other places, another great place is tuitnutrition she is very readable and also very very informative also I find her very amusing!0
