 Overnight calf cramp so walked shorter but steeper hill course to stretch it out.

 I used to totally blow it on weekends; even if I tracked what I ate I can't afford two massive cheat days a week when trying to loose weight. Tracking in this group made me realize it. Love making concious decisions!3

 Went to my parents to eat lunch. My brother, his wife and 4 girls were there along with my two parents. We ate outside on the patio as it was a beautiful day. I pushed my toddler in her stroller while my son rode his bike over there (only 4 blocks away) instead of driving there. After lunch everyone sat on the swings to relax after lunch but I started walking laps around their backyard. Soon after I started my mom got up and walked with me then come my 2 year old daughter and 2 of my brother’s girls as well. Then when it was time to walk home, my parents decided to walk with us and we took the long way home to get more steps. So I feel like I inspired my whole family to get up and move today. My brother didn’t walk but he played catch with a football with my son. I felt so proud!! I walked 128 minutes today!8

            Yes x3. More shovelling. It’s really coming down out there so the snow was heavy. It seemed a little silly to be shovelling while it was still snowing - by the time I finished in front, I had to redo the back! But I’d rather do 6 inches today and 6 tomorrow instead of a foot all at once. It hurts my shoulder to think about!4

 Our cubscout pack walked around park and picked up trash for community, got my exercise for sure; did track everything but over my calorie limit. Got a dinner invitation at my friend’s house. If I knew earlier, I would have a light lunch. Ate more than I need in her house (she’s an awesome chef!!!), but I did say no to cake! (Baby step!)3

            I got to a rough start march 1st I tracked and stayed under my calories but went over my fats and i did not exercise.
 March 2nd stayed within my macros and calories again i did not exercise
 March 3rd I tracked and stayed within my calories and finally I exercise, went on a leisure walk with my 2 toddlers.
 March 4th I tracked and stayed under my calories and i had another leisure walk.
 Starting the new week, going to try to get in some weight lifting.4

 Okay! I confess that Las Vegas does operate at a different cycle than most of us are used to. I have been attended a multiple days conference and been the host to several of my key staff and colleagues. Yesterday, the conference ended and I took the team out for the evening. Happily, It was not a pass day for me. I did have one pass day earlier in the week.
