Curious to see what supplements you guys are using.

If I'm bulking I'll take some creatine and bcaas. When cutting I drop the creatine so that I don't hold so much water. I take multivitamins, zinc and cranberry softgels yearly. The cranberry softgels help with the "super supplements" I take. Running high amounts of orals gives me kidney pains.

    Just preworkout, caffeine pills while cutting, and protein.

    If super supplements are what I think they are, Oral “super supplements” are pretty bad for you liver have you thought about injectables? They work better and aren’t nearly as damaging to your liver

    Just plant protein powder. It seems to work well since I’m not trying to get big, I just want to stay lean.

    I’d been using the “shroom tech sport” that onnit sells. I like it but it is kinda pricey

    Fish oil, creatine, Vitamin D don’t need much else
