Just coming off a one and a half year break so I haven’t maxed out yet, but here is what I’ve been normally repping (5’10 at 145lbs):
Deadlift: 245
Squat: 235
Bench: 135
Hit me with some shame for my weak *kitten* lifts!

Haven’t been lifting like I usually do since I’m a lot weaker when cutting. Just been focusing on cardio.
Deadlift: 405 for 10 reps
Don’t really squat lol
Bench: 255 for 10 reps0 -
Man I'm weak
Bench 122 10rep
Squat 225 8rep
Deadlift 240 8rep
Any tips on improving bench as it seems to be lagging compared to the other compound exercises.0
