Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Pass Day #2 for me today.
Poppy still has a limp so we just did a mile (she didn’t have it when we left, it progressed as we walked). I then took all day to get around to doing some strength training and it was pretty weak, if I’m honest.
I did dust off the BoSu (and had to wipe it over!) and it’s lost some air since I last used it 4yrs ago, so I wobbled all over. I wish it was just the BoSu but it was more me. I have lost a lot of core strength and that is what I am going to be working on.
On the BoSu I did squats, step ups, crab walks and lunges.5 -
Pass #2
Played with kids outside from 2-6:30 this evening. Soccer, frisbee, running, walking, bending up and down to pick up every little tiny purple flower in our yard with my 2 year old girl. Fun day but because we were out all day I passed on cooking and we ordered pizza and it put me over. But I tracked everything.5 -

@misskatieanne. I commend you on your honesty. This is the foundation for success. I hope others follow the example (not the pass, but the honesty).
Thank you @craigo3154
I would like to say I learned my lesson immediately, but the very next d@craigo3154 forgot to add something which took me over by calories for the 2nd day running.
2 passes now BUT I can safely say I am now tracking before the food hits my mouth. I am logging my packed lunch calories before work to avoid making the same mistake for a 3rd time. Some of us are slow to learn but I am glad for this lesson in tracking accurately!

Thank you! It's quite a bit better today. I was able to get 20 minutes in on a stationary bike by putting my heel on the pedal so that I wasn't stretching out that tendon. Otherwise, I rested it today and will do some walking tomorrow.
Yes x 3, unexpectedly. I was getting ready to rule out today for exercise when I thought about trying out the stationary bike in an unorthodox way. The streak is alive! It's alive!3 -
After March 6th “crazy lost control” day, I was too busy to overeat during the day time... then dinner time came along, I ordered ribs and blew the calorie intake. Now I realize I am really bad with cold weather, want to eat a lot!
Pass Day #3
Exercise: No
Calorie: No
Tracked: Yes

Pass #2
My husband shift works and he has been on his stretch of 7 days off. Hence all 3 pass days in the same week. We ran errands and have been enjoying the afternoons outside till dark with the kids so needless to say lunches and dinners haven't been the best.
Exercise? Yes, played with kids outside
Calories? I know they have to be over. I made two homemade desserts this week and I had no control today
Tracked? No, too scared
He goes back to work tomorrow night! I think I'll get back on track then.3 -
Pass day#3 - bad day
Exercise - no
Within Calories - doubt it,
Tracked - no4
