Ok! I admit that I did not purchase a Bosu ball due to its price. Here is an alternative exercise but you do need a dog.

@RangerRickL. My strength exercise equipment is:- Floorspace (about 6ft by 3ft space is enough)
- Bath towel (padding for stretching, plank and sit-ups)
- Door frame (for door frame rows)
- Chair or stool (for dips and inclined push-ups - optional)
- Comfortable shoes
- Comfortable clothes
- A rough route I may find interesting to walk

I said NO to second dessert (my first one was jello with mixed fruit) and drank unsweet tea instead. Happy about that decision and felt the same satisfaction! Walked with friend in the afternoon, then a “Walking Date” with hubby - love it! Spring Break officially starts, my goal is keep walking 10,000 steps and seriously clean the house! Might help hubby painting the trim.
