My Friday report:
Exercise: treadmill walking while watching a cowboy movie. 35 minutes at 4 mph
Calories: under by more than usual margin
Tracking: ok4 -
Somehow I made it today! Tracked, stayed within budget by a whisker, exercised a lot - stationary bike, trx circuit, then a 90 minute fast hilly walk with my dad's great dog.6

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Walked Hudson only as Poppy still limping, she is not amused at being left behind. This afternoon I took MG over the Wetlands with a friend and after she came back to my house to play with my pups. She is coming on leaps and bounds and is so confident now. I forgot my phone so no scenery photos (and it was brilliant sunshine today), humph!
Have a great weekend all!

Pass1. My daughter was awake a million times in the night with ouchy (itchy) legs. Been to the GP and he's given her some cream phew but no to tracking, too exhausted to exercise and overate.6

Great day for exercise, including two hours of Pickle ball, but the wine with the lasagna did me in on calories. Pass #2 for me.4

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! Walked 3 miles, 60 minutes!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No. Needed a few more exercise points to have stayed within the goal
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!!!
So...I am taking a pass day. But even doing this I am realizing I'm making progress. I could've gone totally off the rails and just chowed everything. I made high calorie choices but throttled them in. One cookie, not 5. One craft beer, not 3. Steamed broccoli, not fried pickle chips. I am making changes. And down 3 pounds!!! Ready to head into the next week!8 -
Yes x 3 with walking (albeit not fast).
Considering buying a mini-trampoline/rebounder for a low-impact option. Input welcome!3 -
Yes X 3. Walked 3.08 miles and did 28 minutes of yoga.5

I used one many moons ago. If you have space, I’d give it a go!1 -
Pass #2, I didn't exercise due to still feeling sick. We'll see how the rest of the month shakes out, I don't feel too bad that two pass days so far are due to being sick. Onward!2
