    Yes x 3 with 20+ minutes on the stationary bike. Calories were way under. This morning, I hit 15 pounds lost since January 2. I'm very pleased!

    Yes x3 - what a day! I spent most of it outside working in the yard. While my husband worked on the fence, I worked on the yard clearing out junk and raking up dead grass. I'm still sore!
