Calories?: Yes

Lunch at parents today. Seafood - lobster / prawns / dessert.
My parents live close to the beach, so went for a walk after lunch. Nice to get out in the salt air.
Yesterday (Saturday) is now a pass day (first this month). I posted before picking up daughter from skating (11:00pm). I then got caught up with other things after picking up daughter and was 2:00am by the time I had finished. So the intended 20 mins bodyweight work did not occur. Was under in calories for the day and tracked everything, just no 20 mins physical activity.
@RangerRickL. Tempted to say "Oh deer!"

What do you call a deer with no eyes?
Pass again. Mother's day treats. Didn't go mad, just over. Exercise yes. Nice long walk with lots of muddy puddles to splash in so it took a long time!4 -
Yes x 3 (just scraped though on exercise today - was feeling very lethargic).

Calories- yes. Family get together today so I had already decided to add 200kcal to my budget for today, but didn't need it in the end & still had a lovely meal.
Tracking- yes. This was a mission as my parents don't have digital scales, they use some antique scales that have been passed down 3 generations. It took 3 times as long as normal to weigh out. I am buying them some electric scales if only for me to use when I visit!5 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Biked 20 min. Walked 10 min. And added rowing. 5 minutes Kicked. My. Butt. That is hard work. Sweat like a mad woman. I think I'll be adding this lil' beauty to my daily workout!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. And I ran under, so I've started to make up for yesterday!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes! Learned this morning that eating cheap fried foods and drinking stiff martinis with abandon made me hurt like crazy this morning. Don't want to do that again anytime soon!6 -
Yes x 3. 45 min dog walk, two hours of cleaning. Preloading dinner and calling it a day. Loving the extra sunshine, I love the time change!!6

Having two granddaughters with me was very unusual in that most often, my wife, Rose, would have been the one in charge. It was so much fun to have an eight year old and a 11 year old with me this weekend. We went to A Wrinkle in Time which I read when I was 13 (that was 54 years ago).
While they played, I did 35 minutes on the treadmill at 4 mph
Calories: well under today
Tracking; ok
Tomorrow is my 3rd visit to Emily, a young trainer at Any Time Fitness. I usually work out in the morning, but I see her at 7 p.m. I am incorporating into my home workout some of what she has shown me. I am especially motivated to learn how to use the TRX body weight tools.5 -
Pass day!3

Ok! I was afraid I'd be over on calories but unless I'm way off on counts for food I didn't cook myself, I did ok. All tracked and had a great walk with the dog. Heading home tomorrow!8

Yes x3. The weather was beautiful today! Must have been around 0 degrees. So I got out for a 35 minute walk. Snowy and slushie but so refreshing!7

@am_change No Idea!
Pass Day #3 for me. Over indulged on some foods that weren’t worth it and although we got a good walk in this morning, it didn’t compensate for excess.
Back on track tomorrow!5 -

Calories no - 125 "cookie" calories over. Although this makes Pass #2 for me, I'm okay with it. In the past I would have beat myself up or binged. Not this time! My 15,701 steps probably made up for it, but I don't subtract from my calorie intake.3 -
Pass Day 5.
I was good till evening, just bad! Mad at myself as I lost self control. Need to get back to my norm as I don’t like how I was for the last couple days.
This is not a good combination for me: cold weather + extra free time (spring break) => overeating and too relax to exercise. Need to flip it to be positive and productive. May the force be with me (and all of us)!5
