This month I will do 220 points as their is 31 days and I feel like I can try a step harder, and I will get a gift card towards my mixer (I am up to 125 dollars yay)
1. Log all the food I eat especially sauces, condiments and extras
2. Hit my protein goal
3. Drink 64 oz of water min
4. Make 8000 steps on my fit bit
5. Chew my food slowly making meals last 20-30 minutes
6. Wear my braces to bed (1 more month to surgery)
7. 20 minutes of something relaxing besides the TV
8. In bed by 11:00 pm, no electronics
9. Fold and put away the 3 baskets of laundry
10. Finish packing the stuff I am giving to my daughter
