I am lawyer, so I understand that any word can mean something different within it's context and depending on someone's POV.
We are trapped within a social media template created by MFP. Sir Craig would use a better technical description for the clunky nature of the MFP communication platform, but template is the word that I understand.
We were not given a choice regarding the commentary options at the bottom of each discussion cell. They are from left to right: flag (somebody is behaving badly); quote (somebody wants to quote and comment upon another team mate's words); Insightful (a positive comment of having learned something from another's comments); Inspiring (obvious, right?); Like (a positive affirmation, enough said); then a recent addition 'woo" (in the MFP/UAC context, it's meaning would most likely be similar to hurrah! or Wow!); lastly, Hug (in the MFP/UAC context, it would most likely mean, "I support you and I'm sorry things did not work out as you hoped."
That is what I intend to convey when I go through our daily posts and click one of those little icons.

Thanks @RangerRickL, I generally use like and woo but have just started to hug!3 -
Yesterday I completely did not meet any of the requirements and I’ve used all 3 passes as well. This month has been challenging as there were so many food outings that really tested my resistance to temptations.
I’m going to give the winners circle a go in April. Not as many outings planned then!7 -
Another bitterly cold day here in UK, hope yours is warmer!!!
Exercise yes, 10 min quigong, 17 min yoga, 16 min Leslie Sansone
Tracking yes

Exercise: Yes. ( 30 min aerobics)
Calories: Yes.

Pass. A family party for my niece's birthday. Was a day to go with the flow and appreciate all the effort they'd put into home baking for us all. The kids playing piñata in the snow was a highlight! I've had enough of snow though. Come on spring!4

Exercised?: Yes. Over 12,000 steps setting up and packing up drone racing course.
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Lots of work setting up for the event and helping pack up.
Hamburger for lunch, but no bun. Fillings between the hamburger patties. The hamburger patty has less calories that a hamburger bun.
Despite best efforts did not fly well yesterday (and pretty annoyed at myself over it). Out of 3 working craft I started with, only one was working by the end (and these craft are pretty durable - usually survive 60mph+ impacts with little to no damage). Hopefully will do better next time.
@RangerRickL. The feedback reactions of Insightful, Inspiring, Like, Woo, and Hug are a simplified way to allow the social forum to show reaction to a post (without having to clutter the system with "me too" replies).
Woo can be taken as: "Woooooooooo" (thats not good) or "Woo Hoo" (happy dance). As there is Insightful, Inspiring and Like, "Woo" is usually interpreted as the former (not good) instead of the later (happy dance).
"Hug" is to show sympathy when people need to vent. The others are pretty self explanatory.
An accumulated total of reactions to all posts is visible when you look in "All Notifications" (option under the "Bell" icon - opens up a separate page - http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/profile/notifications)
To be honest, I don't take a lot of note of the reaction "status" of a post. I more read any replies, particularly where I am mentioned (by using the "@" symbol).3 -
I see I'm not the only one in the deep freeze these days. I was on horse duty this morning and the boys are still happy to have their winter blankets put on before charging out the door. The barn cats ran right back in after one quick dash into the cold. Wimps.
I did what had to be done to keep warm - snowshoes! It is amazing how much they make you sweat when there is a lot of fresh snow. Lots of wild animal tracks even though it's so cold. They're getting eager to be out more too.
I had cookies for lunch. But still well within calories and all tracked.6 -
Exercise- yes, Pilates and my pt stretches
Calories - under and I had Mac n cheese!

Another pass day today. I’m struggling more this month than I have the past few! Potluck following church then a friends birthday party after that which had quite a spread of snack options. Definitely over calories! And now my belly is sore - possibly from overindulgence, possibly the start of a stomach bug that’s been going through my family. Either way, my planned workout is not getting done today!5

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 60 minute trail run/walk
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes4 -
Today I am 3x yes
The last two days, not so much. That would put me at 4 passes this month. This is my first month to do this and I am determined to finish it out. I am being realistic, spring break in Miami comes Friday and I will likely have a few more passes. Exercise is never an issue for me, my problem is I run 10 miles, but eat 13 miles worth of food! This is making me more conscious of what I eat5 -
@craigo3154 Now they you have pointed out to me the negative connotation of “Woo”, for the first time, I note the rather sour expression within the icon for “Woo”. I believe that I have discovered the dreaded Serial Woo-er and it is me!
My apologies to any and all to whom I have inadvertently caused distress!

My report:
Tracking: ok
Calories: under
Exercise: 50 minutes of arm and leg exercises with cardio walking thrown into the mix4 -
Yes × 3
Tracked everything
Under calorie goal
60 min walk
Back on track today! Yesterday I used a pass day, just felt like I needed a break. I overate, lots of junk with sugar and carbs and ended up feeling down by the end of the night. I need to learn how to give myself a "day off" without eating everything insight. Finding balance with food is such a huge hurdle for me but I know it's the only way I can keep off excess weight long term.5 -

Yes x 3. Trampoline and biking for exercise. I ate every single calorie and would have happily kept going! I didn't sleep at all well last night, so I'm feeling that.4

Another pass day, I'm out of the circle. Didn't squeeze in any exercise and I'm pretty sure I went over in calories. It's ok, if it wasn't for being sick I'd be looking ok for the month. Still down a few pounds!3

Pass #2
I needed the break from workout2 -
Heh, I climbed for 2000 today. That ain't bad. I think I will give myself a "woo."
Nevermind what all contexts there can be for that.
It was kind of cold. There are some deposits of ice up above 8000. So I got off my bike and pushed up to the top.
Road grader been on my road. I see a place or two of improved. But some places he just made way worse. That is ok. My bike don't much know the difference.
I seen some turkeys. Big ole turkeys. There were some goofy kids opposite direction hesitating on the other side of them.
They had their windows down as they were going by me.
I said "hungry for turkey?"
They laughed.6 -
Out of the winners circle but trying to get back on track so I’ll check in for the end of the month.
Yes x 3, long run2
