Thanks @craigo3154. I will have to modify somewhat (jumping is out at the moment for me) but can certainly include most of the moves at the beginning of my Pilates sessions, which includes most of the abs stuff.
Pass day again here, so definitely out of the Winners' Circle for March. April will start with a Pass Day as we're out for lunch that day!2 -

A saga it has been the last few days! For Saturday, I ran on the track doing endurance and some sprinting.
My food has not been good....WHY? Because I have not been tracking. Need to get back to business!3 -
